Welcome to my first ever Blog! This is going to be another learning curve for me, but very excited to share my plans and new creations with you via monthly(ish) blogs.  I’ll also be setting up a newsletter in due course and it would be lovely if you’d sign up to these once I get my first one written!  So…let me start with a little introduction about me and my little business.

I’m Emma-Jane and I established Cardiau Calon after creating my own bespoke wedding stationery back in 2008. At that time, I was unable to find anyone, or indeed a company, who could create such bespoke and personalised wedding stationery incorporating my ideas and, more importantly, in Welsh. Being first language Welsh, this was important to me. My crafting hobby officially commenced as a business after having my first child in 2011 which has now developed into a specialised small business that I’m very proud of. Due to the growth of the business, I re-branded to Carynwen in 2020, but it is still run from the comfort of my fab little craft shed.

I’ve developed my range and variety of cards and wedding stationery to also include a good choice of personalised gifts. I’m always working on new designs and ideas and working on adding products to my online shop. New items will be added regularly, so please keep coming back to check these out!  I’m currently working on creating some lovely new wedding invitations and co-ordinating stationery and hopeful that I’ll be able to share these designs in the coming month.  I also share my creations on Facebook and Instagram so why not follow me there too?  My products are also being sold in some local shops and this is something that I am looking to develop further with the potential for some collaboration work. I am constantly working on new products and have so many ideas, but time is not always on my side!!
