Delivery & Returns

Thank you for shopping with Carynwen! I strive to provide you with high-quality, made-to-order products that are carefully crafted and delivered to your doorstep.  Please read my Delivery and Return Policy below to understand the process and guidelines.


  1. Production Time:  All items are made to order with great attention to detail.  The production time for each product may vary but typically takes up to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.  This time frame allows me to ensure that your item is meticulously created to meet our high standards.

  2. Shipping Method:  I rely on Royal Mail for the delivery of my products.  Please note that any delays caused by the postal service are beyond my control, but I will do my best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise.

  3. Shipping Costs:  For my Card Shop, a flat shipping rate of £2 applies to all orders.  For my Wedding and Gift Shop, the shipping cost is £4.50 per order. These costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.


  1. Personalized Items:  Due to the unique nature of personalised items, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless an error has occurred on my part.  I strongly recommend reviewing your personalisation details carefully before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.

  2. Non-Personalized Items:  If you have ordered a non-personalised item and wish to return it, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.  I will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.  Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  3. Return Eligibility:  To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.  I reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these criteria.  Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  4. Refunds:  If your return is approved, I will process the refund within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.  The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.  Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges:  I currently do not offer exchanges.  If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
